  Dosage (Used in “Sharkman” Protocol – Not Official)

• Usually 12 mg taken orally.
• Taken every 3 days then break for 4th day. that 4th day will be your fasting day.
• Fasting should be 12 – 24 hr.
• Often taken in cycles – for example, 4 to 6 months.
• Sometimes used with other drugs like fenbendazole or DCA.

Common Side Effects:

• Feeling dizzy
• Feeling tired
• Nausea (feeling sick)
• Headache
• Diarrhea
• Mild rash or itchy skin

Drug Interactions:

• Ivermectin is broken down by the liver. Some medicines can change how it works.
• Antibiotics like erythromycin or antifungals like ketoconazole may increase side effects.
• Seizure medications or TB drugs like rifampin may make it less effective.
• Warfarin (a blood thinner) may cause more bleeding if taken with ivermectin.
• Taking it with sleeping pills or anxiety medications may increase drowsiness or confusion.

Food–Drug Interactions:

• Taking ivermectin with fatty food increases how much of the drug your body absorbs.
• Normally, it’s better to take on an empty stomach.
• This may also increase side effects.
• High-fat meals significantly increase ivermectin absorption (up to 2.5 times
• However, some cancer protocols suggest taking with food to boost absorption — this increases variability and risk.

Ivermectin is a medicine usually used to treat infections caused by parasites. Some early lab and animal studies suggest it might also help fight cancer. It may work by stopping cancer cells from growing, killing them, and blocking signals that cancer cells use to survive. Ivermectin may also stop cancer stem cells, which can cause cancer to come back. It does this by affecting several key systems inside the cells.
