Fertilet 2.5 mg Tablets contain Letrozole, a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor primarily used for ovulation induction in women with infertility and also for the treatment of hormone-responsive breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It works by lowering estrogen levels, which stimulates ovulation and inhibits estrogen-dependent tumor growth.

Uses / Indications

Fertilet 2.5 mg is indicated for:

• Ovulation induction in women with infertility

• Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)–related infertility

• Unexplained infertility (as prescribed by a gynecologist)

• Hormone receptor-positive breast cancer (postmenopausal women)

Mechanism of Action

Letrozole inhibits the aromatase enzyme responsible for converting androgens into estrogen.
This results in:

• Reduced estrogen levels

• Increased release of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)

• Stimulation of ovarian follicle development

• Suppression of estrogen-dependent cancer cell growth

Dosage & Administration

• Infertility treatment:
